These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.artigianidelre.com and the purchase of products sold online by the brand Artigiani del Re.

2. Purpose of the website
Artigiani del Re sells luxury accessories, including cigar accessories, leather accessories, cigar cases, tobacco pouches, card holders, travel bags, watch cases, humidors, cigar jars, cigar cutters, ashtrays, and gift sets.
The website does not sell cigars, tobacco, nicotine, or other smoking products. Any references to the world of cigars are solely for descriptive purposes in relation to the accessories sold.
3. Scope of application
These Terms apply to all users of the website and to all purchases made through the e-commerce site.
By placing an order, the customer declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions.
4. Products and availability
Product descriptions are provided with the utmost accuracy possible. However, images, colors, textures, finishes, and materials may differ slightly from the actual product due to devices used, artisanal craftsmanship, or natural characteristics of the materials.
Products can be made of leather, eco-leather, or mixed materials depending on the model.
Product availability may vary without notice. In case of unexpected unavailability, stock error, catalog error, or manifest price error, Artigiani del Re may cancel the order and fully refund any amount already paid.
5. Customized products and engravings
Some products can be customized, for example, by engraving letters, initials, or other elements requested by the customer.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data, texts, letters, or initials provided for customization. Once processing has begun, the customized order may not be modifiable or cancellable.
Products made to the customer's specific request, engraved, or clearly personalized are excluded from the right of withdrawal, except in the case of an ascertained lack of conformity.
6. Prices
All prices indicated on the website are expressed in euros, unless otherwise specified, and are to be understood as including VAT for B2C sales, where applicable.
Any shipping costs, duties, import taxes, or other applicable charges are indicated, where possible, during checkout or regulated according to the legislation of the destination country.
Artigiani del Re reserves the right to change prices, promotions, and availability at any time, without prior notice. Changes do not affect already confirmed orders, except for manifest errors.
7. Orders
The order is considered received at the end of the Shopify checkout process. The customer will receive a confirmation communication at the email address provided during the purchase phase.
The automatic order receipt confirmation does not necessarily imply definitive acceptance of the order in case of errors, unavailability, unauthorized payments, suspicious orders, or technical problems.
Artigiani del Re reserves the right to refuse or cancel suspicious, fraudulent, incomplete, unpaid orders, orders incompatible with product availability, or orders contrary to these Terms.
8. Payment methods
The site may accept payments via Shopify Payments, supported payment cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods made available by Shopify or PayPal during checkout.
Payment by bank transfer may also be offered. In this case, the order will be processed only after the actual crediting of the due amount. In the absence of payment within the term indicated in the order instructions, Artigiani del Re may cancel the order.
Payment data is managed by the respective payment providers according to their security standards. Artigiani del Re does not fully retain payment card data.
9. Invoicing
The customer may request an invoice by providing complete and correct tax details at the time of order or promptly after purchase, where permitted by applicable tax terms.
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided for invoicing.
10. Order fulfillment and shipping
Orders are generally prepared and fulfilled within 14 working days from payment confirmation.
After order fulfillment, courier delivery times apply, which may vary based on destination, selected service, logistical availability, and any customs procedures.
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order products may require processing times equal to or greater than 14 working days, unless otherwise indicated on the product sheet or specific communication to the customer.
The times indicated are operational estimates and do not constitute an absolute guarantee of delivery by a specific date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. International shipping, duties, and customs
Artigiani del Re ships to Italy, Europe, and, where available, to international non-EU destinations.
For non-EU shipments or to countries subject to customs procedures, any duties, import taxes, local VAT, customs charges, or administrative costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
Any delays caused by customs, checks, documentary requests, local holidays, or import procedures are not attributable to Artigiani del Re.
12. Responsibility for incorrect address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address provided.
In case of an incorrect, incomplete, unreachable address, failure to collect, or inability to deliver attributable to the customer, any additional costs, storage fees, re-deliveries, or returns may be charged to the customer.
13. Right of withdrawal
The consumer has a period of 14 days from the delivery of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, subject to exclusions provided by law.
The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to personalized, engraved products, products made to the customer's specific request, or clearly adapted to their personal needs.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must contact Artigiani del Re at info@artigianidelre.com.
14. Returns and refunds
Unless otherwise required by law, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
The product must be returned intact, undamaged, unused beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and characteristics, complete with packaging, accessories, and any documentation received.
After receipt and verification of the returned product, the approved refund will be processed within 14 days, normally using the same payment method used by the customer.
15. Legal guarantee of conformity
For consumer customers, the legal guarantee of conformity provided by Italian and European consumer protection law applies.
The guarantee exclusively covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery or manifesting within the terms provided by law.
The guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, negligence, lack of maintenance, alterations, unauthorized interventions, damage caused by liquids, heat, humidity, impacts, falls, or normal aesthetic evolution of materials.
In case of alleged lack of conformity, the customer must contact info@artigianidelre.com providing the order number, description of the problem, and clear photographs of the product.
16. Customer account and wishlist
The customer may use features such as customer account, order history, and wishlist, where available.
The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials and the use of their account.
17. Intellectual property
Trademarks, logos, images, texts, graphics, content, designs, and materials present on the website belong to Artigiani del Re or their respective owners.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or unauthorized use of the website's content is prohibited.
18. Limitation of liability
Artigiani del Re is not responsible for delays, disruptions, or non-performance resulting from force majeure, unforeseen events, strikes, customs problems, logistical blockages, unavailability of third-party services, customer errors, or causes not directly attributable to the seller.
Nothing in these Terms limits the imperative rights recognized to the consumer by applicable law.
19. Applicable law and competent court
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory provisions for consumer protection that may be applicable in the customer's country of residence.
For disputes with consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, if located within the territory of the European Union.
For non-consumer customers, the competent court is that of Naples, unless otherwise mandatory provision.
