Shipping and Returns Policy

This Policy governs the conditions relating to order preparation, shipping, deliveries, returns, and refunds made through the website www.artigianidelre.com.
1. Order Fulfillment
All orders are generally prepared and fulfilled within 14 business days from payment confirmation.
Fulfillment times may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, promotions, extraordinary events, or for reasons not directly attributable to Artigiani del Re.
Orders containing personalized, engraved, or custom-made products may require processing times of 14 business days or more, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
2. Delivery Times
Once handed over to the courier, the order is generally delivered within the following estimated times:
- Italy: 3-5 business days from shipment.
- Europe: variable times depending on the destination country and selected courier.
- Non-EU Countries: variable times depending on the destination, customs procedures, and logistical services used.
Delivery times are merely indicative and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping within Italy is generally free, unless otherwise indicated during checkout or during specific promotions.
For international shipments, costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the destination, order weight, and available services.
4. International Shipments and Customs
Artigiani del Re ships to Italy, European Union countries, and, where available, to non-EU international destinations.
For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties, import taxes, local VAT, fees, or administrative charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise indicated during checkout.
Any delays due to customs checks, import procedures, document requests, local holidays, or actions by competent authorities are beyond the control of Artigiani del Re.
5. Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the shipping details provided at the time of order.
In case of an incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate address, failure to collect, or inability to deliver attributable to the customer, any additional costs for storage, return, or new shipment may be charged to the customer.
6. Damaged Packages or Delivery Anomalies
Upon delivery, the customer is invited to check the integrity of the packaging.
In the presence of evident damage, tampering, or visible anomalies, it is advisable to accept the package with reservation and immediately document the problem with photographs.
Any anomalies must be reported promptly to info@artigianidelre.com.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, consumers have a period of 14 days from product delivery to exercise the right of withdrawal without stating a reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must send a communication to info@artigianidelre.com within the specified period.
8. Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are:
- personalized;
- engraved;
- made to the specific request of the customer;
- adapted to the personal needs of the customer.
Such products can only be returned in the presence of a verified defect in conformity.
9. Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned product must be:
- intact;
- undamaged;
- not used beyond what is necessary to ascertain its nature and characteristics;
- complete with original packaging, accessories, and materials received.
The customer is responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from handling unnecessary to verify its characteristics.
10. Return Procedure
To request a return, the customer must send an email to info@artigianidelre.com indicating:
- order number;
- first and last name used for the purchase;
- product to be returned;
- reason for return, if any;
- photographs of the product, where required.
The customer will receive the necessary instructions to proceed with the return.
11. Return Costs
Unless otherwise required by law or due to an error attributable to Artigiani del Re, the shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer.
It is advisable to use tracked shipping. Artigiani del Re is not responsible for returns lost, damaged, or undelivered during transit organized by the customer.
12. Refund
After receiving and verifying the returned product, Artigiani del Re will communicate the outcome of the request.
If the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days of positive verification of the return.
The refund will generally be processed using the same payment method used by the customer for the purchase.
Any additional costs related to premium services, special shipments, or customizations are non-refundable unless legally required.
13. Product Exchanges
Product exchanges may be considered based on the availability of the requested item.
If the requested product is not available, Artigiani del Re may offer a refund or an alternative solution.
14. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products
If the customer receives an incorrect, damaged, or potentially defective product, they must promptly contact info@artigianidelre.com providing:
- order number;
- detailed description of the problem;
- clear photographs of the product and packaging.
In case of a verified defect in conformity, the remedies provided by current legislation will be applied.
