Do you sell cigars or tobacco?
No. Artigiani del Re sells luxury accessories exclusively. We do not sell cigars, tobacco, nicotine or smoking products.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major payment methods available through Shopify Payments and PayPal, including payment cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, where available. Bank transfer payment may also be an option.
Is shipping to Italy free?
Yes, shipping in Italy is free unless otherwise indicated during checkout or temporary promotions.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Orders are generally processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery within Italy typically takes 3-5 business days from shipment. For international orders or customized products, delivery times may vary.
Do you also ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Europe and, where available, to international destinations outside the EU. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local taxes required by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return a product?
Yes. The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, subject to the exclusions provided by applicable law. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I return a personalized or engraved product?
No. Personalized, engraved, or custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law, except in the case of a damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming product.

When will I receive my refund?

Are the product materials always the same?
No. Depending on the product, leather, eco-leather, or mixed materials may be used. Slight variations in texture, color, or finish are natural or technical characteristics of the material and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
